Bunny vs. The Phone Book

Since Bunny has reached the ripe old age of 1 and a half he has grown out of his baseboard munching habit with the exception of occasional minor relapses, but for some reason he hasn't been able to kick the carpet destroying habit. Try as we may to block where he chews, he will find a new location and begin digging at the carpet and pulling the fibers out one at a time with his razor sharp teeth. Bunny has taken special interest in the carpet underneath our end table, especially within the last week, and I was tired of lining my living room floor with Pyrex dishes and Corningware so I grabbed The Phone Book at laid it under the end table, open in half. I thought he would likely shift his attention elsewhere, having been defeated by the intimidatingly large and heavy Fresno Yellow Pages, but Bunny wasn't going to give in without a fight.

Moments later, Bunny started sizing up his opponent by nibbling the corners and flipping the pages then he hopped right on top of the open book and started to dig at lightning speed. Once he got some pages brought up he grabbed them with his teeth and rose upward with his whole body to rip them. DIG DIG DIG DIG DIG DIG DIG DIG
RIP! DIG DIG DIG DIG DIG DIG DIG DIG RIP! This process continued until all his bunny strength was gone and then he stretched out contently next to his mountain of shreddings. As if The Phone Book hasn't been tortured enough, Bunny has spent every waking hour since digging and ripping the pages.

I think it's pretty fair to say that Bunny won this fight by a landslide. Although The Phone Book was immovable and brawny, Bunny has the advantage of speed, agility, smarts, razor sharp teeth, and striking good looks.
